I had identical issues with the NBNZ from late last year onwards until very
recently. I was running Windows XP, Alcatel ST Pro and JetStart. I spoke
many times to Regan (NBNZ IT Support for online banking) on 0800 804449, but
to be honest, I'm not sure they ever really got to the bottom of the
problem, because I was still experiencing intermittent problems like those
you describe right up until the beginning of this month, when I switched to
full rate JetStream. Since then everything has worked perfectly. Maybe
there is a clue here as to the cause of the problem?
Cheers,
Simon
