I managed to send them a bank mail the other day, which is an internal mail
type thing once you log in.

Still no reply however :(

Mostly I've found it to time out when doing bill payments, but it seems
goddamn slow the rest of the time. The big problem to me seems to be
bandwidth issues, it actually seemed to load faster on my 56k than on
jetstart, and when I'm accessing the site from work (clear tempest) its even
worse!

Seeing as how when using it at 4am things run fairly smoothly I would
hazzard a guess that either the server is too slow for all of the processing
its doing, or they dont have enough bandwidth. Whatever it is, its gotten
worse since their new features came online, which probably means at peak
times the servers are maxing out. (running two dedicated nbnz servers from
what I can tell.. one which seems a lot slower)
