I have spoken extensively over the past 3 months with National Bank, and
all the time they tell me that not many people are
having this problem. So.....everyone who is having this problem, please
email this guy: Alan.MacDougall@nbnz.co.nz. Perhaps if we send him
enough emails he may take this a bit more seriously.
