Hi Peter,

Has this policy changed recently or is it different for ADSL versus HFC
network usage? I had observed a while back that Paradise weren't billing
cable users for traffic routed through a shared head end (CMTS),
otherwise standard traffic charges applied. I wasn't aware they had
published this policy though.
