Try doing a traceroute to see if the traffic stays inside the paradise
network. In windows this is "tracert ip_address".

I am well aware of that. My issue is that I am doing some GB's of
transfers to a user who is also a paradise customer and I am being
"charged" at 100%, rather than 10% or even 0%.
I am on Paradise Jetstart. Traffic between me and a Paradise Cable user
is appearing against my usage totals (which breaks down into
International and National) as International Traffic. Traffic within
Paradise is supposedly rated at 0% and is not shown.
As far as I know, paradise.net.nz does not provide cable service to
international users.
