Personally I think it is a big deal.
We don't have any choice in who we use for Phone and DSL in this country
unless you go wireless or cable. In auckland i'm stuck with telecom.
Hence the should be a 101 % guarantee of service. No this isn't a typo. The
level or service should at worst be perfect.
I hate getting my connection bounced every couple of days so they can change
my ip address.
I hate that no one can offer a competitive product.
And I don't think i'm alone.
