I take it you are talking about the D-Link DSL-500's?

We have a few customers with this modem and have heard of no problems with
DSL dropouts yet.

Unexplainable packet loss of course is a whole different ball park :/

We have a couple of customers scattered throughout the land of the long =
low white sorta grey cloud using this modem... and they are having =
problems with drop outs... not PPP drop outs, but complete drops of DSL. =
Telecom say there is nothing wrong with any of their lines... has anyone =
else heard of a similar problem with this modem?
