Hi,

I am currently trying to get an ITeX-based internal ADSL modem running under
Slackware 8.1, using either a 2.4.16 or 2.4.18 Kernel. I've been following
the instructions posted at
http://www.ahs-png.org/lintech/linux_hints_tips/ADSL/ using the latest
2.4.16 drivers found on nzdsl.com. I've successfully patched and compiled
freshly downloaded kernel sources for both 2.4.16 and 2.4.18 - everything
runs smoothly until I hit a segmentation fault when running insmod on the
itex module.

I'd call myself moderately Linux competent, but at the moment I've hit a
brick wall. If anyone could drop me some advice, or a working ITeX PPPOA
Kernel config, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Cheers,
Joseph
