I have been in Manurewa for many years now, helped many to connect, in many
areas, no problems. The normal ADSL installer in this area is also a
personal friend of mine. Putting that asside, he is one of the very few
installers that does have any clues, outside installing filters and an extra
jack point,
Even remote areas of Manurewa like Weymouth get very good adsl connections.
Maybe there is a monitored alarm in the circuit, or the exchange cards havnt
been set up properly
