For the record the appropriate comands are
nat ( to get to the nat )

inbound (followed by one of)
list - list all rules
add <i/f name> <port>/<localport>/<proto> <new IP> <comment>
                - add a rule
delete <rule num> - delete a rule
flush - delete all rules

e.g.
192.168.0.1 nat> inbound list

192.168.0.1 nat> inbound add ppp_device 22/22/tcp 192.168.0.2 ssh

the protocol does not take upper case, leastways not on mine
