Yep we have Tempest right now but it's not performing as we'd hoped (we used
to use Jetstream at our old office and the new office is all Clear lines so
we switched to Tempest but we now want to switch back...)

Clear can give you 256k for $99 per month flat rate if you want that (a
pretty good deal if you ask me!) But if you specifically want jetstream
then I guess you would have to ask Clear.
