He is a couple passages out of some emails between me the retailer Adsl
sevice man Nokia. This issue dragged out 4 several months these are only a
small part that leaves out a lot of what could only be described as BS from
Nokia. But at least they got to admit the knowingly where selling faulty
parts. and continued to do so!!!!

"we have been asking more questions re the nokia i500 below is a trans
script of email to Nokia. That you may find of help and interest.
I note that the location of the unit is on the desktop which is a next to a
open door that has a constant air flow thru."

"Well This is the latest. That replacement nokia went down yesterday
afternoon around 2:pm.. Couple minutes after the Xtra ADSl serviceman
arrived. He rang Nokia. They are having problems with these units
rebooting.Nokia couriered out another compete unit urgent and arrived here
around 4:30pm.I strongly suggest that you withdraw all your stock from sale,
other wise you could be responsible to replace faulty units with another
type the same as or better without any extra cost to the customer.Xtra could
also be looking at charging their customers for the time to look at these
units. If that is the case then you could also be responsible for these
chargers"
