Just try ordering it if you _ARE_ a business customer!

a) Recently I took 4 days and 47 phone calls to get hold of a knowledgable
salesperson at Telstra - Reason: I wasn't an existing client so didn't have
an account manager and they wouldn't guarantee a callback within 48 hours,
so I kept trying numbers I found from databases all over the place.

b) Their coverage _sucks_ ... Whenever I ask for a client if Telstra can
deliver Tempest (about 8 now), they say no, and I make a sarcastic comment
about their coverage being about 3%... I may or may not be right, but no-one
has bothered saying that's a wrong figure.

I've given up on Telstra utterly now. Every so often I phone to see if they
have expanded their DSL network to cover my own workplace, but it's
pointless trying to get anything out of them in a hurry. (Hurry = less than
a week)
