I apologise for not getting back to you personally before now.
The problem is, basically, that Telecom moved 5 DSLAMs to a different =
RAN,
and in the process lost the policing in the proxy. This means that your
connection is a full speed ADSL connection at present, and our radius
server will not allow you to login unless your account type matches the
physical connection type.
Telecom assure me that they are working on it and hope to have the =
policing
back in place this evening, but that can not give me a specific ETA.
