I spoke with George Reedy, one of the top dogs there, who says it's a
planned move by the company to actively seek out those few uber-users who
"ruin it for the rest of us" (if you believe the other ISPs) and to take
them on board. Presumably there's money to be made out of these guys who
can chomp through gigabytes of traffic but I can't see how myself.
