I have to agree... AUT has been a Clear customer for a couple of years
for phone trunks and links between sites, and their service has never
been worse since Telstra bought them. I've see jobs sitting in limbo for
weeks, and the expected turnaround time to get anything new installed
has .. well.. become a lot worse.
Before the merge, they were pretty good.
After the merge.. well...
The only good that seems to have come of the merger is that we got
access to telstra's existing infrastructure, which was quite convenient
for us at the time.
