... is that Jetstream has no agreed SLA outside of 'best effort' and that
this is just 'one of those things' where redundancy comes into play - if
you need 24/7 service there are alternatives.

Let me also say this -

Anything I post to ANY medium online or otherwise, unless otherwise
indicated, is MY Opinion and MINE ALONE and by no means represents my
employer or any of the companies associated with my employer.

An issue regarding the above has surfaced and as a result my contributions
to this list will be seriously curtailed from this point onward - if I seem
quiet that is why.
