IBM ATM25 NIC drivers

Hi
I'm looking for win2k drivers for these NICs as the nt4.0 drivers do not work. They are no longer supported by IBM ( orginally made by interphase ). Does anybody know where i might download these drivers or have any generic drivers that would work with these NIC's?
