We have seen a similar problem with an M1122 that has
a burglar alarm on the phone line.

The "uptime" of the M1122 was always the time since someone activated the
alarm indicating that M1122 did a full reset everytime the alarm dialed out.

So M1122 doesn't line "spikes" on the phone line - perhaps you have
something similar on the line.
