Okay, not sure if this applies as you're saying it reboots completely...
not just a dropped connection. Techpacs page on the M1122 says there is
a 12 month warranty handled directly by Nokia, ph. 0800-NOKIAS

Reboots sound like a hardware fault as opposed to a
setup/installation/configuration fault.

If the modem seems to be resetting each incoming phone call then it
could be to do with lack of filters.

So if it is an installation issue heed the following.

Have you got filters on all peices of phone equipment that are not the
DSL modem? Sky TV, Burglar Alarm, Fax Machine, Answerphone, Other
Modems, all the phones that are around the house?

If you have more than 5 filters on a monitored burglar alarm on your
phone line Telecom do not recommend using filters, but instead going for
   the splitter install.
