After sending off to DATACOM and speaking to Robin about the issues I
have been having, my old "blue" case was swapped and replaced with the
newer "black" case.

Since having recieved the unit back, I have noticed that it does stay up
longer than previously, but still has a problem reseting especially when
you try and open mutliple browser windows at one time. This typically
denotes full utilisation of the bandwidth. I have found that if i
sustain single window browsing, that the modem is less likly to reset.

I still think that there is a problem with the unit, and since it is no
longer under the manufacturers warranty ( and I don't have the DSE
recepit) I really much buggered. Robin Brook from DATACOM mentioned
that the unit may need a firmware upgrade, and am not sure it this was
done or not on the unit, and I required it back urgently for the site.

Is there a list of firmware revisions???? Support Site????

Really pissed off that I bought a nokia, and more the fact that Nokia
bailed and left everyone with minimal support.

Any help and suggestions appreciated

Thanks
TEX
