Thanks to all those who replied, especially Craig Hoskin who sent the
file. I actually got a bit smarted after sending out the request, and did
a google search for the file name this time, instead of "m1122 firmware",
as I had done yesterday.
For those who are interested, I got it from:

Its all up and going fine now.
By the way, we found a slight problem with the "How to fix a Broken M1122"
instructions - it says to use a Crossover cable with the supplied adapter,
but after faining to communicate with this, we tried a normal ethernet
cable, which worked fine.
