Simple thought, but have you thought about changing your password - you may
have been hacked, or someone inside your business or ISP gave out your
password!

Subject: Jetstream blowout has me stumped. Anyone recognise the
problem??

I run a small business – one fileserver, five PCs and a JetStream account.
We use a Nokia M1122 modem. Our problem is, even with all our PCs turned
off, our Jetstream usage suddenly goes through the roof.

I don’t think it is a Virus – we have the latest Norton Corporate Edition
installed – and nothing shows up in Outlook – ie sent message. But there it
is – everything is functioning as normal and then overnight we get 400mb
whacked onto our Jetstream usage, or – as we did one night last week –
1000mb added on. Most of this appears to be outbound from our system.

Just weird. We’ve hunted through our system – seeing if there are any
automated routines that might be to blame: but nothing.

Is this a familiar problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?? Our network
consultants are stumped also – and meanwhile we bleed money to Telecom every
month by about $800 over our normal Jetstream 1200 plan.

Thanks in advance.
