As mentioned. If ALL machines, including the file server is turned off,
there should be no incured data charges, since nohting is polling it.
To confirm you have some other access violation issues, just turn off
the modem and see if your jetstream account still accounts for traffic.
If so then you MUST have a password violation issue, and someone else is
happily using your acc out side hours.
