To the best of my knowledge, data is not charged by authenticating back to a
particular Jetstream Login and password. It's charged by monitoring data
through the actual port allocated to a particular account. I've proved this
on a number of occasions with my customers. For example, if I use someone
else's login details from here, the data still gets charged back to my
account.

As mentioned. If ALL machines, including the file server is turned off,
there should be no incured data charges, since nohting is polling it.
To confirm you have some other access violation issues, just turn off
the modem and see if your jetstream account still accounts for traffic.
If so then you MUST have a password violation issue, and someone else is
happily using your acc out side hours.
Happy hunting. I would be interesting in seeing your findings
