Yes,
I had ultra problems with my Net4U account (jetstart) as I couldn't get
to a lot of sites. After mtr/tracerouting some ips I found that the
outer was SERIOUSLY overloaded (192.168.253.1).

Here are some traceroutes on Net4U at that time:

Here is google.com on Maxnet at the same time:

Hope it explains it a bit.

I'm getting wierd packet loss lately too. It's been on and off for the

couple of weeks. Here's some examples -

  3 40 ms 40 ms 41 ms Telecom [192.168.253.1]
  4 * * * Request timed out.
