i dont see why not...

i use dyndns.org with the directupdate client... (www.directupdate.net)

directupdate is quite good, runs as a service, and seems to support pretty
much all the free dns services... can be configged to email out IP changes
etc etc, does logging blah blah blah... i just like it coz it seems pretty
stable and you can configure it to get the IP address from router Html
config pages, (which is much more reliable than trying to use external ip
detectors due to invisible proxies etc)
