The configuration you are trying will require a PPTP connection

Don't know where this is is XP/.Net Server, look for a RAS connection
or a VPN connection using PPTP.

Look in "My Network Places" -> Add a new Connection.

In Win2k you could also set this up in "Routing and Remote Access".
