We've got one that does Ihug. It's got pretty specific requirements, as my
flatmate custom built it for our setup. It uses linux for the server (our
router box) and windows for the clients. Spews out real time information
such as current traffic in/out, running totals, number of current tcp/udp
connections, how much international traffic is left for the month, and a max
rate indication for 24/7 international download speeds based on limit left
for the month (we call it the required run rate). Its all graphed and looks
quite nice.

If anyone is interested in it, I'll see if we can make it available for
download.
