OK, I'll rephrase.
Telecoms network seems f**ked.
So hence for msot ISPs, as Jetstart is supplied using their own bandwidth,
Jetstream is affected (delivered using Telecoms bandwidth) and not Jetstart.
Unfortunately for Xtra, Telecom supply the bandwidth for Jetstream and
Jetstart so they are probably screwed either way :)
It seems to be some customers in Auckland are affected, but mostly
Wellington and Palmerston North.
On another point, http://www.xtra.co.nz/help seems to have the problem
listed, which is pretty rare. Normally everything can full apart and the
page never gets updated <grin>
(Please note that all of this is completely my own point of view, and is not
any kind of official statement, etc, etc)
Cheers,
Dave
