Responce pending from dynalink as to exactly what the three files are for,
and what fixes they contain. rta220u worked for me.

The new firmware fixes the tracert problem, adds a "create VPN server"
button on the Configuration -> Virtual Server page, and adds a
Configuration -> IGMP Proxy page. That's all I've noticed so far. Firmware
Version is updated to 5.0.0.7 (4 March 2003).

The file does not appear anywhere on Dynalinks website, and is lacking any
readme files.
