The STPRO does have SNMP protocols in it on a fixed VPI*VCI of 15*16. It is
the communication agent for the exchange DSLAM. IT was originally designed
for the DLSAM to interrogate the modem. If you can use this somehow good
luck, but I doubt it. In later versions (ST510V4) a second SNMP is available
for public use.

I have wanted to use MRTG to get graphs out of my SpeedTouch, but my ST
Home doesn't seem to support SNMP. Do the Pro or later versions support
SNMP?
