I agree with Mike. Although I don't feel it was necessary to flame you, this occurred off list and it should have stayed off list. I agree with everyone else that generally, if you don't get an answer after one try, you should look elsewhere or wait at least a month before asking again. This is generally etiquette for most mailing lists.
Perhaps the most important lesson to learn though is people are more likely to help you if you at least tried to help yourself.
I did a simple Google search for 'Ni500 rip' (not in quotation marks of course) and got a link to the user manual/installation guide. Although the portion about RIP doesn't seem very helpful, it does seem to have general set up info and about various commands. I suspect it is possible to determine from there how to do it. Since I don't use DSL, don't have that modem, am not even really sure what RIP is and don't have any free time, that is the most I can tell but given you should fulfill all four criteria, you probably should be able to work out for yourself or at least get further then you are now. If you try that but run into problems, report back here with your problems and people may be able to help you. But in any case, don't keep asking us if you don't get a response.
