Not to mention how frustrating it is to sit on hold waiting for support people from your ISP when you _know_ the problem is with Telecom. I've had to do that five times. And three of those times were in the same week!

        Have always called 120, when the fault has been regarding part of
        telecoms network.
        
        Have always had Telecom resolve the issue too.
        
        I know you are instructed by Telecom to say the above, but in reality,
        when you point out the fault is with a service you pay them for, they
