This would tend to indicate that it may not be a problem with you....

>From memory (I havent used mIRC for about 3 or 4 months now)... mIRC
receive connections are actually initiated by the receiver... OUTgoing
DCC is an INcoming connection. Ie. You're connecting to them when
you're trying to resume.... So it may be a problem with the person
you're trying to resume from (connect to).

I think you can see their IP address in the 'status' window... Get them
to check their IP address manually on their box and make sure it matchs
up, with the one you're seeing.

If its not, chances are they need to play around with the 'Get Local
Info Method' setting (again, I havent used mIRC for ages, but its called
something like that :)

Hope some of that helps.... I remember how frustrating it was getting it
working properly...

Cheers,
Jared

Yep Im trying to resume a receive. The receiving window pops up (after
Ive specified resume or if its set to auto resume and minimize it does
that) and just sits on awaiting resume until it times out.
