Go to Options --> DCC --> Options in mirc, youll see a box, DCC ports.
Change them to, for example 50000 - 52000. then on your router, forward
50001 -52000 to your PC.

If you have a second PC you wish to use, do this again, but change to
port numbers (eg: 52001 - 54000)

Use ports OVER 5000. Using ports between 1024 and 5000 will cause normal
webtraffic etc to break under windows.
