Tech Pacific used to sell one:

Description: Dlink ADSL Central External Splitter
   TechPac: DLK0183
   Manufacturer DSL-10SP

They are not listed now, but its a start. They were $40 and we bought
some in May this year.

I hunted high and low and could not get them anywhere else - Telecom
won't sell you one, nor will the contractors, such a pain.

Yours Tony P

[re ADSL device certification and where to get real inwall ADSL
splitters]

I've just overseen the last phase of telepermitting an ADSL modem direct
from an overseas manufacturer, and we only had to submit 3 models for
Telepermitting and we now have stickers and are allowed to sell the
modems...

No idea about ADSL splitters... Have you tried talking to some of the
contractors? Maybe phone GDC or Cabletalk Astute Networks...

Cheers - N.
