Aside from the fact that my connection is up and down like a yo-yo anyway...
yeah, my connection was down around 7am today (though my log can't tell the
difference between just PPP and ADSL as well).
BTW Last time I spoke to Telecom (ADSL helpdesk) about this, they reported
that they were having a number of problems recently with authentication on
their Radius server(s?).
Oh and, while I'm not sure if it affects joe public ADSL user, they've also
been moving their network around, shifting services onto their NGN network.
They moved our office IP.Remote connection, without telling us, and it died,
because they screwed up the routing.
But then, my life wouldn't be complete, without something to complain to
Telecom about, each week. :) And yes, my (our) account manager is fully
aware :)
