I've recently got ADSL and it always seems to just... stop.

The modem still says its connected and everything, its a Dlink DSL 100d, and
im using windows 2000 but i cant browse any webistes and get disconnected
form any chat services im on. The only way to get it working again is to
right click no the modem icon , disconnect, and then connect.. once the
modem reconnects then the internet connection will say its been disconnected
"redial" and then ill get my internet back... usually... If it doesn't work
i can go through the whole process again a few times and it will eventually
work. Though if im impatient i can restart my pc and it will work fine.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this? Telecom and my ISP
ihug dont seem to rreally know whats wrong and the Telecom ADSL helpdesk guy
sounded like he'd neevr even heard of my problem.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Gareth Elliott
