And when you consider that old saying "look after the pennies [cents]
and the pounds [dollars] will look after themselves.

They only make the ~700 million cos they make sure they get the ~8.5
million where ever they can.

... and I agree - he was not being sarcastic - he was serious about the
possibility of being charged for a local call every time the ADSL line
connected.
