That has info about a problem with IE and the Xtra
usage data CSV file you can download. The workaround,
as stated in that article, is to disable SSL in your browser
and that works. I thought that maybe this was related to
the problem with Andrew's utility not working but even
with SSL disabled I cannot get his usage meter to work.
