Andrew

I (and others) am a real fan of your utility (v1.91).

You may or may not know but it now is not able to do its thing.

Xtra have - I think - changed their way of handling such user enquiries and
therefore your little proggie cannot find where to head off to seek the
required detail.

I have written off to XTRA (and also Telecom) requesting advice as to why
they have prohibited the use of your utility as well as informing them of my
views in relation to the long-winded way to access user information. I have
also posted the content of my 'complaint' to the distribution listing
-adsl@lists.unixathome.org - to establish whether other users of your
utility are as frustrated as I am. I have read some comment you provided to
a thread on the subject when others could not get certain dates from off
XTRA's user usage. (http://unixathome.org/adsl/). From replies I already
have received to my posting there seems to be a goodly number of users who
are also annoyed and as frustrated.

Are you able to modify your software at all to allow the same access as you
were able to provide with version 1.91?

I did have a note of your webpage but I am now not able to locate it.

Your advice would be welcome.

Kind regards

Kim
