 From my knowledge of Wingate and from what needs to be done, it sounds as if Wingate should be able to manage that as well. Either with a combination of NAT and the Winsock Redirector or one of these and it's built in POP, SMTP and perhaps a mapping service. It supports multiple interfaces as well and you can assign each protocol to a specific interface both for incoming and outgoing.

May be able to set it up myself given the time but don't can't be more specific offhand. But you can probably get help from the Wingate forums, support and from usenet.

Of course neither WinRoute or Wingate are free.....
