Hi
I have two Jetstream connections at one location.
One give almost instant reporting on the usage and the other more often than not times out and does not give any stats at all.
Can anyone offer any advice how to get them both consistently reporting?
Telecom have not been able to help so far.
Has anyone else struck this?
Is there an e-mail address I can contact?
