Hi all

A small company belonging to some friends of mine recently
checked their usage stats for the first month of a new Jetstream 600 .
  
The bad news is it appears they have clocked up $4000 worth of bandwidth
usage, most of the trafic being uploaded.

Having read the links below, im wondering wether there are any current
procedures recommended by list members to resolve or dispute a situation
such.
