Maybe cause you follow a lot of newsgroups and stuff :P

I handle mail for about 25 staff and luckily only get 60MB or so.
Mostly (90%) attributed to just two recipients..

Try holding the SHIFT key when hitting the ENTER key. Works when I'm
editing HTML documents
