JetStream Error (Xtra / Telecom ?)

Hi everyone
We currently have a case open with Xtra which is being escalated to "higher levels", but thought Id ask here .. as after 3 days Xtra are finally realising that its not a router setup issue (but they are being very good in attempting to find an answer).
Situation is.
So from Xtras POV, they say the account is setup OK (form their connection test) and from their tests the Exchange is also setup correctly. But when they see the test connection using their test account from the DwellingB, they admit that things can't be all correct.
Any ideas from anyone at all? :-)
