Good to see you were persistant with them. I also accepted a brand new
replacement Ni500, which in turn worked better, but still dropped off.
They were not going to offer any M1122 as they kept on saying they had
none, even when I was quiet happy paying extra for it. After persistant
contact I ended up getting my old ni500 replaced with the M1122.
