If the router is under warranty (a year from memory on the plexuscomms) then
take it back to the shop where you purchased it from. It is their
responsibility to find you a new / replacement one normally.

I've got a plexuscom acc200 ADSL router that has partially died, it's
running (connecting) but I can't get at _any_ of the admin functions, the
html interface seems to have fallen over.

The maufacturer's site has links to replacement firmware, but they don't
work and the company dosn't respond to emails at all from several people.

For about a month before the html interface died i've been able to reach the
settings, but been unable to save any changed settings.

I've spent hours and hours hunting for a solution for this and tried poking
around in it with a tftp client with not much luck.

I've tried morningstar (telepermit holders) but they didn't seem inclined to
help.

Can anyone at all help with this ?
