CX82310-12 is the same chipset used in XH1149 from DSE. Not getting supported from the company you purchased it from is simply BS - Conexant provides our MFR excellent support - you should definitely try the warranty option FIRST.
If you purchased the product for private use you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and this is definitely the tack you should take. On the other hand, if it was for business use, or if it was something you have done to the router or perhaps damage due to a lightning strike, then your on your own.
If all else fails, try to determine how much FLASH memory is supported by the router you have. If it has 4MB or more, you could try reflashing with XH1149 firmware - you will probably have to you the full DOS flash method as outlined in the DSE firmware. This is not recommended and may void the products Telepermit as the line front end may be different - if it is, line performance could end up all stuffed up. I would only do this if I could not get warranty on the product, was stripped for cash and was about to bin the product.
Hope this helps....

I've got a plexuscom acc200 ADSL router that has partially died, it's
The maufacturer's site has links to replacement firmware, but they don't
For about a month before the html interface died i've been able to reach
I've spent hours and hours hunting for a solution for this and tried
I've tried morningstar (telepermit holders) but they didn't seem
Can anyone at all help with this ?
